Important Weir Rockin' Concert Information !

What safety and security measures are in place?

We have taken precautions to create a safe and secure environment at Weir Field. On-site professional security services will be provided by Source Security and the RCMP.

Emergency medical staff and on-site first aid stations will also be available for any medical emergencies that may arise. Emergency medical services provided by St. John Ambulance 1137 Bedford-Sackville Division.

What items are prohibited at the concert?

All bags entering Weir Field will be searched. Please do your part to keep the entrance line short and leave large bags at home.

The following items will not be allowed on the grounds:

.Alcohol (Alcohol will be available at Weir Rockin' to those of legal age)
.Bicycles on the Weir Field Grounds
.Explosives, Fireworks
.Food or Beverages
.Glass Containers, Coolers
.All illegal substances
.No unauthorized vendors will be allowed entry
.Umbrellas, Tents
.Pets (except service dogs)
.Professional audio recording equipment (recordings may not be commercially distributed)
.Professional Still Camera Equipment
.Skateboards or Scooters
.Video equipment; no video recording will be allowed
.Weapons of any kind
.Non-Collapsible Chairs

What am I allowed to bring?

You may bring the following items:
Binoculars. Blankets. Factory-sealed Water Bottles - Limit 2 Per Person. Non-professional camera equipment. Portable/collapsible chairs (to be used in designated areas)

What if it rains?

Weir Rockin' is a rain or shine event. In the event of severe weather, where safety may be an issue (i.e. Lightning, Hurricane) please log onto the website at www.weirrockin.com for the latest information.

Is there a Shuttle Bus Service?

There is a shuttle bus service available, transporting patrons free of charge from the Metro Transit Link Terminal off Old Sackville Rd.

We will also have a taxi stand available at the field and at the bus terminal. Your concert ticket / stub is all you need to get on the shuttle.

Is there assistance for people with special needs?

Weir Field is wheelchair-accessible. However, due to it's size and natural terrain it can be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair across the park.

Please note that Weir Rockin' will not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service. Please bring attendants if needed.

We are willing to accommodate your special needs in every way possible - with sufficient advanced notice. Send us an e-mail detailing your request and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What are the ticket prices and policies?

YOU MUST BE 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ATTEND!

Weir Rockin' is a rain or shine event. ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All ticket holders will be required to submit their ticket at the gate upon entry.

Wristbands are non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced. This is a no re-entry event.

AT THE GATE PRICING - A limited number of tickets will be available at the gate - unless the event is SOLD OUT!

Is there reserved seating?

No. All tickets are general admission.

Is there special pricing for kids?

This is a 19+ event only. Leave the kids home and come have some fun!

Where can I park?

There is EXTREMELY limited parking available within walking distance of Weir Field (Weir Field parking lots will not be open to the general public).

We STRONGLY encourage you to park at the Metro Transit Link Terminal off Old Sackville Rd and access the free shuttle service to get to the field. Your concert ticket is all you need to get on the shuttle.

Will there be food for sale? What about t-shirts?

There will be food vendors on site. Please bring cash! We will also have band and limited edition Weir Rockin' t-shirts and goodies for sale.

How can I get involved with Weir Rockin'?
